Our tippers offer a unique compact solution to common ergonomic issues seen in most processing plants today. The most common issue is how to get bulk products in and out of 400 or 600 lb. buggies. Refund Policy

At PHS, we always do our best to honor a customer’s product return request as quickly as possible. Our return policy requires that all returned products have a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number for a request to be considered.

To receive a full refund, products must be returned intact and in like-new condition. Customers will be charged a restocking fee of 25%, and are responsible for return shipping costs.

PHS accepts returns that are dated within ten days of the product’s receipt, except for non-refundable custom orders. We ask that the product be sent back within five business days of receiving the RGA identification number.
