Exchange or return of goods

Return Window: Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all components included.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed according to our policy.

Returns Will NOT Be Accepted If:

🚫 The product is damaged due to improper use.
🚫 Any essential components are missing (manuals, accessories, warranty card).
🚫 The item is not in its original packaging.
