Let us explain the benefit of this unique style. From time to time securing items with tie downs is next to impossible. Fork extensions routinely have a smooth exterior with no built-in point to connect straps or other safety equipment. With this alternative design you will find tie down rails evenly spaced throughout the extension, giving the user the ability to pick and choose the best place to secure the load. Not only that, but the multiple rail feature eliminates the chances of the tie downs slipping or sliding beyond each segment. One of the best parts is just how easy these are able to be attached to existing forks. Simply remove the pin, lay the extension over the fork, and re-insert the pin behind the heel of the fork to secure the extension. Currently this design is only available in pin style. OSHA regulations require that extensions are no more than one-hundred and fifty (150) percent of the existing fork length.
